This large villa is spread over 2 floors and has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and two kitchens. The villa has a large driveway and wonderful views from the large lounge and private terrace. The property is a 5 minute walk to the sea front with shops and restaurants open all year round.
The property has two lounges the upstairs one been bigger the the downstairs one but both of a good size with air conditioning.

Golf is located on Mojacar Playa and it is a golf course with character: nine of the holes are situated perfectly and directly at the beach on flat terrain and the second nine are situated on the other side of a hill, with a different view and climate. Here the spectacular and difficult tee-offs are especially notable.
Mojacar Camels: Local attraction for the family. These camels spend most of the summer on Mojacar Playa. The owners offer camel rides next to the beach in front of Hotel Marina Playa. during winter the camel herd lives on the Camel Farm close by. Enjoy a camel ride and join the 23 dromedaries on the farm. Why not take a picnic with you and have a great adventure. There is plenty of space to entertainment the children whilst you sit and enjoy the hot summer sun. The rides last 45 minutes.
